How are things?...i just found out you were working here and read all the blogs. I just recently finished the culinary program at art institute and moved back into the area! It's true that we chose a profession that is not always glamorous and yes most of the time dirty and pain staking...but it's not the fame we are after, it's the love of chemically altering food with heat and combining other ingredients with another!
